I want to thank the gal who took my order because she went out of her way to help me. I live in Iowa and wanted to get balloons to my dearest cousin who just had a baby in Ft Worth, Texas. I just wanted to take a moment to say Thank you so much for the AWESOME service your company recently provided on my Mother’s flowers I ordered on her birthday. Not only was it her birthday but she had to spend it in the Hospital too. The original flowers I ordered were not available and your super friendly staff member reached me by email and also picked up the phone to call me right away to resolve the issues with my order. I explained that my Mother loved Orchids but I was not interested in sending her a plant and she made a suggestion of Roses and Orchids combo and I went with it, My Mother loved the flowers and so did I. I would like to commend the service I have received in connection with this order. Last Friday, your CSR's assistance was tremendous after we realized that the recipient of these flowers had been discharged. He went out of this way to track down the order and driver and then called me to confirm that the order had not actually been delivered to the recipient. He then placed the order on hold until I located an address. I finally located an address today and called and spoke with another CSR. Again, he was pleasant and accommodating.
Being in the hospitality/service industry, the high level of service that I encountered from your company is much appreciated.
